Hi! I started this blog to stay in touch with all the residents at Frasier, and this idea is courtesy of Lisa Geiger so a big thank you to her! I am in the process now of getting ready to leave on March 10th. My last day at Frasier will be the 28th of February, but I will come back to work in the summer when I visit my family. There’s lots I have to do to get ready to leave, including of course packing (hoping three suitcases will be enough haha) but it is mostly emotionally preparing myself to leave behind my friends and family for the first time. I am of course excited for this amazing opportunity and fun experiences to come, but I am also very very scared and sad. But I am very lucky to have so many people in my life that I will miss, including Frasier. Frasier truly means a lot to me, I started this job when I had literally just turned sixteen, and I have been working three times a week for over three years and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. This job has definitely taught me a lot about patience and kindness, and I have made an infinite amount of positive memories with the residents, and my coworkers. Frasier is full of a lot of special people with whom I am so grateful to have met and have made a significant positive impact on my life. Thank you for always being so kind to me and laughing at my jokes even when they don’t land lol. I will continue to post blog updates as things progress, and absolutely feel free to share my blog with anyone you wish. At the bottom of this page you should be able to put your email to subscribe and receive a email when I make a new post if you would like.
